WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be 100% happy with your new Havaianas!
If for any reason you’re not happy with your online order or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item has not been worn
- The product is returned in its original packaging with tags attached
- A clearly marked note to present on the packaging confirming whether you’d like to receive an exchange or refund
- A printed copy of the order invoice is supplied with written details of the reason for your return/exchange
- The item is not a ‘Make Your Own’ product

We only accept returns for products purchased online at havaianas.online
If you purchased your Havaianas from another Havaianas Retailer in South Africa, please return to the place of purchase with your original receipt so that an exchange or refund can be arranged. Keep in mind that each store will have their own return policies, and these may differ from havaianas.online. This policy also applies to our retail Havaianas branches, if you need to
return or exchanges item(s) please process the item at the relevant branch.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Something not right with your order? We’ll happily accept exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. Exchanging an item is simple – just follow these 2 easy steps!
- Please mail us requesting an exchange or return. We will then arrange with your closest branch to facilitate the process.
- Then simply pop into your nearest store with the following: the original item(s) with tags attached as well as your receipt which was included with your delivery and they will kindly assist you with the process.
FOR EXCHANGES
Once your item is returned and the item(s) have been assessed, you will receive a confirmation
email saying your exchange has been approved and is being processed.
FOR REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days following receipt and assessment of the item(s) for return. Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment (excluding delivery charges). Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear back in your account.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
We pride ourselves on the quality, comfort, and style of our product. We only use premium Brazilian rubber in all our products and the magic formula hasn’t changed since the first pair rolled off the production line in 1962.
If you believe you have a defective product, however, we can help you out. Our process to analyses faulty claims is really easy – please contact us here and we’ ll take a look. We will ask you to include photographs of the product so that our Quality Team can authorise the return and you will be reimbursed accordingly.
Unfortunately, we will not replace items that we reasonably believe to be worn or damaged through improper use.
